Guys...I am having a panic attack AS WE SPEAK.
My throat, chest, and heart is burning badly. I tried my best to not think about it and focus on the music I was listening to to try and fall asleep, but it didn't work. So I grabbed my heating pad and tried that. But that didn't work either. So I grabbed Julie's icecream from the fridge and am now waiting until it defreezes a bit so that I can eat some of it. Dude...I'm trying everything man. I STILL cannot sleep well, and it's been a week. I haven't been getting to sleep until around 6 in the morning. And no, I don't just lie DOWN then...we're talking Stephanie's TRYING to fall asleep at like midnight.
I had to get on the computer and see if it would help calm me down or something.
Pray for me guys.
