Family

I think that Family and tradition are very important, and I don't think that there is anything wrong with how you feel.

I think that the fact that your younger siblings aren't interested could be that they're not mature enough to appreciate it, or they could be taking it for granted. This is purely speculation on my part, though.

Yesterday I had mentioned to my mom that I wanted to find out more about my family history/ancestors/relatives, because we don't have contact with many relatives, and the ones we do see are all dying or have died. She told me that we have a relative in Cape Cod who is interested in geneology and I plan on asking my grandmother about it and writing him a letter.

I feel like I lost out a lot of things because ever since my parents got divorced, we lost touch with a lot of people we used to see regularly.

It makes me want to 4 or more kids so that when they are growing up they have people to rely on, instead of feeling like they had to do it all themselves like I do/did.
