So I really AM overweight? I'm 5'8-5'9 and have a medium body frame and weigh 160.

So all the people who said I wasn't overweight were wrong, then.

I'm not big, dude! I never thought the day would come when *I*, a somewhat slender girl (for the most part) would be considered overweight.

Where IS all this excess weight, then? People say I don't LOOK 160.

That's what that girl said in your journal, though. She said that for a medium body frame of 5'8 that you shouldn't weigh over 150, and I do.

Oh well, I'm going to begin eating better and working out again soon anyway.
