Yeah. This was my first time. That's why I was so nervous. I mean, I already have a counselor (that I get along with), but going to a psychiatrist is a step higher so I was kind of nervous, but everything turned out fine. :)

She just upped the dosage of my medicine.

Yeah. I had this really cool psychologist guy, but then the practice stopped taking my insurance, so I don't see anyone anymore.
