Well, I may have a part-time job as a camp counselor for pre-school aged kids to 6th graders.

Least it'll get me out of the house. But I feel like I'll be bored playing games with little kids. I don't know. Oh well. Can't always have fun. And seeing as how right now I am going through a "devoid of pleasure" time, I can't have fun anyway.

Eh, 6th graders at least have some sort of idea of what's going on in the world and can have more intelligent (or at least more interesting) conversations than aa 4 year old. So at least there's variety, ya know?

that's a great job though and i hope you do get it :)

haha, i dunno about that. maybe not 4 year olds, but kids around 5 and 6 can definitely have some interesting things to say. it always seems to me like by the time kids hit 6th grade they're too in a hurry for their teenage years, and have gotten all angsty.

i dunno though. in general you're probably right. :)

and stephie, i think it'll be good for you. i don't know how you feel about kids, but don't underestimate them. i'd think of all the things you might be while playing games with kids, bored would not top the list. and, seriously doll, while it may be true that your depression is effing with you and you're not really enjoying things, if you say that you can't have fun, that's not really helping things. if you've got your mind set that you can't, then that seems like it destroys even any slight potential for fun or enjoyment. anyway, i love you.

Thanks, Lauren. And I do have it. :)
